Current Category Unusual Items

Occasionally we can find small amounts of unusual items that may be of interest to mosaic artists. They may be remnants of special runs, small volumes that are uneconomic for a mass market, or discards that haven't yet found their true vocation.

We are offering some square glass tiles 5 cms by 5 cms, and approximately the same thickness as the smalti. Bright pinks are really unusual and, as with the tortilla, they are useful for making larger tesserae for special effects. But we have a limited supply of pink, only 20 pieces left, and when they have been sold, thats it, they've gone. Pinks have already SOLD OUT.

The Peacock 5 cms by 5 cms has a blue base that shimmers with red, a fabulous display. Again, these are the same thickness as the standard smalti palette.
