Create an Account LoginCinca is a quality unglazed porcelain tile ideal for both interior and exterior wall and floor mosaic applications. The tiles are 2.3 cm square and 4 mm deep. They are paper backed, which can be soaked off. Each sheet is 35cm square and holds 196 tiles. A quarter sheet holds 49 tiles and half sheet 98 tiles. Nine sheets would be enough to cover a square metre, with some wastage. Grey comes in a smaller size as well. The tiles are the same, but the full sheets only hold 144 tiles and are priced down accordingly. Please note: Cinca is very slightly porous, and if using outside should be sealed with a clear penetrating tile sealer. In addition, if you are going to grout with a very contrasting grout colour; eg; pale blue tile with black grout, you may wish to seal the Cinca before grouting, as this will make it easier to clean and lessen the possibility of grout staining.
